About the Company
We are a fast-growing, mission-driven technology company supporting the U.S. national security community. Our platform helps government leaders turn complex data into actionable insight across defense modernization, acquisition, supply chain integrity, and federal program oversight.
Founded by experts in analytics and public sector strategy, our team brings together technologists, policy professionals, and national security practitioners to solve real-world government challenges with modern data tools.
The Role
As an Implementation Engineer, you will work directly with federal customers to deploy, configure, and operationalize our platform. This role blends technical execution, data analysis, and user enablement, serving as a critical link between government users, internal product teams, and leadership.

- Integrate, analyze, and interpret datasets using modern analytical tools
- Develop visualizations, briefings, and insights that inform decision-making
- Train government users through hands-on sessions and group instruction
- Serve as a bridge between end users, product teams, and internal stakeholders
- Capture user feedback and translate needs into product and workflow improvements
- Build tailored documentation, guidance, and implementation materials
- Support client demonstrations and selected business development activities
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field or equivalent practical experience
- 1–4 years of relevant experience (including internships), ideally in analytics, research, national security, or technology environments
- Willing to travel during the week (M-Fri) up to 50% of the time, but be based onsite in Arlington.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and/or R, plus strong Excel skills
- Active security clearance or eligible is a plus
- Interest or familiarity with defense acquisition, procurement, program oversight, or supply chain risk is a plus
- Prior exposure to SaaS, analytics platforms, consulting, or implementation work is a plus
- Experience with startups or agile teams is a plus
- Familiarity with additional languages or frameworks (e.g., React, Java, Go, TypeScript) is helpful but not required
You’ll Thrive Here If You
- Are motivated by mission impact and solving complex problems
- Enjoy working at the intersection of technology, strategy, and operations
- Ask thoughtful questions and adapt quickly
- Take ownership and continuously look for ways to improve
