About the Opportunity
Our client, a Fortune 500 aviation company, is seeking a transitioning service member for a SkillBridge fellowship as a Product Analyst within their Digital Portfolio Office. This is an opportunity with considerable long-term career growth in a fantastic company.

The Product Analyst supports day-to-day product development activities, ensuring customer needs and stakeholder feedback are embedded in execution.
This position provides hands-on exposure to enterprise agile teams, backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and digital product delivery.
The Role
As a SkillBridge Product Analyst, you will support Product Managers and Product Owners in executing product strategy. You will assist with backlog management, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and agile ceremonies, ensuring clarity and alignment across the squad.
This role is well suited for individuals who are analytical, organized, and eager to learn how enterprise digital products are built and delivered.
What You’ll Do
Product Delivery Support
- Assist in executing product strategy in partnership with Product Managers/Owners
- Participate in backlog refinement sessions and help define clear acceptance criteria
- Support backlog maintenance and prioritization
- Document product insights, workflows, and requirements
- Develop deep familiarity with assigned product areas
Squad Collaboration
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives)
- Help organize meetings, capture key discussions, and track action items
- Support alignment across squad members on scope and deliverables
Stakeholder Engagement
- Gather and summarize stakeholder feedback during demos
- Ensure feedback is reflected in backlog updates and development plans
- Help identify and engage key stakeholders to clarify needs and expectations
Agile & Tooling Support
- Support adherence to agile best practices
- Utilize enterprise tools such as Agility and Aha! for tracking and reporting
- Maintain data hygiene and assist in progress reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Actively transitioning service member
- Approved and eligible for the DoD SkillBridge Program
- Able to complete SkillBridge onsite in Atlanta, GA
- Reliable means of transportation
- Strong analytical ability, either within Microsoft Excel or using a coding language such as SQL
- Familiarity with agile methodologies preferred
