About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking bilingual customer service professionals to join a fully remote team supporting a Medication Therapy Management (MTM) program.

Language Requirement (Critical):
Candidates must be fluent in at least one of the following languages:

  • Korean (most urgent need)
  • Cantonese
  • Mandarin
  • Vietnamese

This role is part of a Military Spouse Career Accelerator, designed to provide immediate employment, structured experience, and a pathway to long-term career growth in healthcare operations and customer support.

This is not a clinical or pharmacy technician role. You will support coordination between patients and healthcare professionals.

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support a high-volume call center environment focused on coordinating medication reviews between patients and clinical pharmacists.

You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, helping schedule appointments and guiding patients through the process.


What You Will Do

  • Make outbound calls to schedule medication review appointments
  • Handle inbound calls from patients and healthcare professionals
  • Document interactions accurately in real time
  • Manage approximately 100 calls per day using an auto-dialer
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients
  • Handle sensitive patient information with professionalism and discretion

Schedule

  • 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM CST
  • Candidates can be located in any U.S. time zone but must work this schedule

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Fluency in at least one required language:

  • Prior inbound and outbound call center experience
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Technical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
    • No background noise, pets, or childcare interruptions
  • Hardwired ethernet internet connection required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Minimum 1 year of office or customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
