Our client, a Fortune 500 entertainment company, is hiring Viewer Customer Service Representatives to support customer interactions and service operations.
This role is part of an military spouse fellowship, with a structured path from training to full-time employment.
What You’ll Do
- Support customer service interactions for viewers
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide support
- Follow structured processes and workflows
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience
Schedule & Work Model
- First 90 days: Onsite training in San Antonio
- After training: Fully remote (office access optional)

Compensation & Path
- First 90 days: $20/hour
