Compensation: $20/hr (Training Period) → $17.50/hr + Benefits (Full-Time Conversion)


About the Role

Our client, a Fortune 500 entertainment company, is hiring Viewer Customer Service Representatives to support customer interactions and service operations.

This role is part of an military spouse fellowship, with a structured path from training to full-time employment.


What You’ll Do

  • Support customer service interactions for viewers
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide support
  • Follow structured processes and workflows
  • Ensure a positive and professional customer experience

Schedule & Work Model

  • First 90 days: Onsite training in San Antonio
  • After training: Fully remote (office access optional)

What They’re Looking For

  • Customer service experience required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a structured environment

Compensation & Path

  • First 90 days: $20/hour
  • Full-time conversion: $17.50/hour + full benefits
