A large law firm is seeking a Coordinator, Practice Management to join their New York office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to support strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations within a fast-paced legal environment.
The Coordinator will work across the Practice Management team to support workforce allocation, group operations, reporting, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Workforce Allocation Support
Monitor associate availability and draft daily/weekly utilization reports
Prepare custom hours reports as requested by practice group leaders
Leverage firm databases to assist with staffing logistics
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Base Salary up to $70,000 with bonus, benefits, and significant career upside at a large firm
